Warranty Coverage

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for products purchased directly from Northeart.
  • The warranty period is specified on the product packaging or in the product manual.
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, such as discoloration, fading, or general aging of the product.
  • Damage resulting from accidents, neglect, abuse, or environmental factors.
  • Consumable items, such as filters or replacement parts, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

How to File a Claim
To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
    • A description of the issue, including photos or videos for verification.
  2. Our team will evaluate your claim and provide instructions for the next steps.
  3. Approved claims will result in a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

Repair and Replacement Terms

  • Northeart reserves the right to determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced.
  • Replacement products may be new or refurbished but will meet the original specifications.
  • Warranty coverage for replacement products continues for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product for warranty evaluation.
  • If the claim is approved, Home Spa & Co will cover the shipping costs to send the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Home Spa & Co is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
