  • Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).
  • Standard processing time is 1 business day from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed outside business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days after processing.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Confirmation

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
  • If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at support@homespaco.com or (888)-619-9608.

Returns and Refunds

  • Home Spa & Co offers a generous 180-day return window for most products.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details.

Shipping and Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Backordered and Pre-Order Items

  • If an item is on backorder or pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be indicated at checkout.
  • Orders containing backordered items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise specified.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be made.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of damaged items or packaging to facilitate a resolution.
  • Northeart will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Non-Delivery Claims

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the carrier to locate the package or issue a replacement if necessary.

International Orders

  • Northeart ships exclusively within the United States and does not currently offer international shipping.
